ROSEMARY CIOTTI

Inspiring hope and igniting passion, Rosemary Ciotti is a force to be reckoned with. Despite facing daunting challenges, she has emerged as a beacon of resilience and determination, blazing a trail of empowerment and inclusion in the world of scuba diving.

Driven by a deep-seated desire to share the transformative power of diving with others, Rosemary has dedicated her life to breaking down barriers and championing accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and a heart full of compassion, she has become a driving force behind our organization’s success.

With unwavering courage and boundless enthusiasm, Rosemary continues to push the boundaries of possibility, inspiring individuals around the world to embrace their inner strength and embark on extraordinary journeys of self-discovery.

Rosemary holds a BS in Nursing and earned her Master’s Degree as a clinical nurse specialist and nurse practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania. Her passion for delivering healthcare to underserved communities has been the driving force behind her remarkable journey.

KAY PEARSON

A true pioneer in the world of adaptive diving, Kay Pearson is a testament to the power of perseverance and determination. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she has dedicated her life to breaking down barriers and empowering individuals with disabilities to explore the wonders of the ocean.

As an Open Water Scuba Instructor and Adaptive Scuba Instructor, Kay possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is second to none. Her tireless dedication and unwavering commitment to inclusivity have made her a driving force behind our organization’s success.

When she’s not diving into the depths of the ocean, Kay works as an accessibility specialist, advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities and ensuring that everyone has equal access to the wonders of the world.

With a Bachelor’s in Human Services and Sociology, and a Master’s in Human Environment Relations, Kay brings a unique perspective to our team, drawing upon her academic background to inform her work as a trailblazer in the realm of adaptive diving.
